No standard verbiage about defects here. Defects in materials (wood) are often the character and distinction we are striving for. Trees have knots, sapwood, bark, inclusions, burl and such. I do promise that you will get my best effort. If you are seriously unhappy with the workmanship of a piece, I will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. If no resolution is found, I will refund the purchase price or craft a replacement upon return of the undamaged piece. The buyer is responsible for all shipping.
